We send you 2 men and a truck to complete your move.
There are no stair, fuel or depot-to-depot charges. A one-off callout fee and GST apply as disclosed at booking, so our pricing remains clear and easy to understand.
Our simple half-hourly pricing means you only pay for the time required for your move, helping you keep track of costs as the move progresses. Our boys are friendly, experienced and hard working so you really do get the best service at the best price.
The Removals Process
- Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation text message with the details of your move. When you confirm the details are correct we can lock in your booking.
- On the day of your move morning jobs will receive a text when the boys are on their way to your pickup address. Late morning and afternoon jobs will receive a text with a closer arrival time well before the allocated time slot, so you’ll never wonder where we are.
- Our boys will arrive and greet you with a smile, you can show them what there is to move and they will load your goods into the truck securely and transport them to your requested destination.
- At the drop off they will then unload your goods and place them as you would like in your new place of residence.
- Towards the end of the move, any outstanding balance will be finalised. Once payment has been received, the boys will complete the remaining work and ensure everything has been unloaded and placed as requested.
